






Hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento de este lunes, donde me toc贸 entrenar front lever. Hoy mi ni帽o lindo Emiliano baj贸 a entrenar conmigo, lo cual me gust贸 mucho. Baj贸 su pelota y jug贸 con las barras y su pelota hasta que regres贸 Norkys del gimnasio. Ah铆 subi贸 con su mam谩 a ba帽arse.
Bueno, yo me centr茅 en una rutina bastante b谩sica. Primero calent茅 el cuerpo y luego activ茅 con unos presses para compensar con las pull-ups. Trabaj茅 combos sencillos con un m谩ximo de dos pull-ups y dos presses para completar la rutina con una buena forma y no sobrecargarme. La siguiente semana espero volver a entrenar con una buena cantidad de repeticiones. Finalic茅 la rutina con unas series con banda el谩stica para dar un poco m谩s de volumen al entrenamiento, que fue algo corto porque no contaba con mucho tiempo 鈴诧笍 ya que deb铆a viajar a Buena a llevar unas cosas que compr茅 para el negocio. Pero me llevo buenas sensaciones de este primer entrenamiento de la semana. Espero que conforme vaya recuperando el ritmo de entrenamiento, vaya recuperando mis fuerzas.

Today I share with you my training from this Monday, where I had to train front Lever. Today my cute boy Emiliano came down to train with me, which I really liked. He put his ball down and played with the bars and his ball until Norkys returned from the gym. There he went up with his mother to take a bath.
Well, I focused on a pretty basic routine. I first warmed up my body and then activated it with some presses to compensate for the pull-ups. I worked simple combos with a maximum of two pull-ups and two presses to complete the routine with good form and not overload myself. Next week I hope to get back to training with a good amount of reps. I finished the routine with some sets with an elastic band to give a little more volume to the training, which was a bit short because I didn't have much time 鈴诧笍 since I had to travel to Buena to bring some things I bought for the business. But I have good feelings from this first training session of the week. I hope that as I regain my training rhythm, I will regain my strength.
