






Hola, Hivers:
Ayer, miércoles, era mi día de descanso según mi planificación, pero como el martes no entrené (que era mi día de front lever), decidí hacer una rutina muy suave para compensar. Esta rutina consistió en realizar tres series de front lever, dos aguantes de plancha 💪 y dos series de pino a una mano.
Esto fue todo lo que hice, únicamente para recuperar el día perdido. Sin embargo, debido a mi irresponsabilidad por no haber entrenado el martes (literalmente por flojera), hoy no rendí como debía durante mi entrenamiento de plancha. Esto se debe a que no respeté el descanso necesario, algo que es muy importante para mi mesociclo.
Espero estar más recuperado mañana y poder rendir como se debe. Aún me quedan dos entrenamientos esta semana: uno de front lever, que será mañana, y otro de plancha, que haré el domingo.

Yesterday, Wednesday, was my rest day according to my schedule, but since I didn't train on Tuesday (which was my front lever day), I decided to do a very easy routine to make up for it. This routine consisted of three sets of front levers, two plank holds 💪, and two sets of one-arm handstands.
This was all I did, just to make up for the lost day. However, due to my irresponsibility for not training on Tuesday (literally out of laziness), I didn't perform as well as I should have during my plank workout today. This is because I didn't get the necessary rest, which is very important for my mesocycle.
I hope to be more recovered tomorrow and be able to perform as I should. I still have two workouts left this week: one front lever workout, which will be tomorrow, and another plank workout, which will be on Sunday.
