Tuck de Front

Con el propósito de alcanzar un mejor rendimiento en nuestras prácticas de los estáticos y las posturas pertinentes en los entrenamientos del Front mismo, es importante acostumbrarse a la posición del Tuck de Front, super esencial y necesario para lograr sacar este estático, para su correcta ejecución:

• Mantener los brazos totalmente estirados; comprimir el pecho y las escapulas para mantener la posición horizontal de la caja torácica y elevar las piernas utilizando la fuerza del Lumbar.

Front Tuck

In order to achieve a better performance in our practice of the statics and the relevant postures in the training of the Front itself, it is important to get used to the position of the Front Tuck, super essential and necessary to achieve this static, for its correct execution:

• Keep the arms fully stretched; compress the chest and scapulae to maintain the horizontal position of the rib cage and raise the legs using the strength of the Lumbar.

• Seguidamente, al desarrollar suficiente fuerza y la adaptación a la postura, empézaremos a realizar las repeticiones optimizando nuestra fortaleza y aguante al Tuck.

• Then, as we develop sufficient strength and adaptation to the posture, we will begin to perform the repetitions optimising our strength and endurance to the Tuck.

Contracciones en banco

Este ejercicio se centra en el fortalecimiento del área superior del Lumbar (En donde Inicia desde la Columna Vertebral), simplemente acostaremos todo el tren inferior en un banco o alguna superficie con un limite a un altura considerable del suelo con apoyo de una persona sentada en la parte posterior de nuestras piernas o sujetar los pies de alguna zona, inclinaremos todo el tren superior hasta estar a pocos centímetros de tocar el suelo y elevarse seguidamente.

Bench Contractions

This exercise focuses on strengthening the upper lumbar area (where it starts from the spine), simply lie the entire lower body on a bench or a surface with a limit at a considerable height from the ground with the support of a person sitting on the back of our legs or hold the feet of some area, we will tilt the entire upper body to be a few inches from touching the ground and then rise.

Contracciones Invertidas

Este vez consiste en reforzar la zona inferior del Lumbar (Llegando a los Glúteos), en esta ocasión nos cambiaremos de posición acostando todo el tren superior y dejando el tren inferior al aire; usaremos los brazos como soporte para sujetarnos de algo y dejaremos reposando las piernas estiradas inclinadas hacia abajo, seguidamente las elevaremos lo mas arriba posible y siempre manteniendolas estiradas.

Inverted Contractions

This time it consists of strengthening the lower lumbar area (reaching the buttocks), on this occasion we will change position by lying the entire upper body and leaving the lower body in the air; we will use the arms as a support to hold on to something and we will leave the legs stretched out leaning downwards, then we will raise them as high as possible and always keeping them stretched out.

Superman

Este ejercicio se centra en la zona superior de la Espalda y el Lumbar, tanto para fortalecer y mejorar la resistencia de estos músculos, nos acostaremos totalmente en el suelo o en alguna superficie plana y de preferencia un poco suave (Para evitar molestias), manteniendo los brazos estirados orientados hacia adelnate y las piernas tensas y estiradas igualmente, intentaremos elevar lo más posible el torzo y las piernas.

Superman

This exercise focuses on the upper back and lumbar area, both to strengthen and improve the resistance of these muscles, we will lie completely on the floor or on a flat surface and preferably a little soft (to avoid discomfort), keeping the arms stretched forward and the legs tense and stretched equally, we will try to raise as much as possible the torso and legs.
