¡Hola a todos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotos de mi entrenamiento de calistenia de ayer. Fue una sesión intensa. Lo mejor de todo es que hoy me levanté sin mucho dolor, lo cual es una buena señal de que mi cuerpo se está recuperando bien. Eso es muy importante, porque hoy tengo otro entrenamiento de fuerza, esta vez enfocado al front lever. No quiero perder el ritmo ni la motivación, así que voy a darlo todo.
Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you some photos from my calisthenics workout yesterday. It was an intense session. Best of all, I woke up today without much pain, which is a good sign that my body is recovering well. That's very important, because today I have another strength workout, this time focused on front lever. I don't want to lose pace or motivation, so I'm going to give it my all.
Sé que a veces puede parecer que estoy entrenando para lograr algo muy pequeño, como mantener un ejercicio por 10 segundos, pero en realidad estoy entrenando para mucho más. Estoy entrenando para mejorar mi salud, mi autoestima, mi disciplina y mi felicidad. Estoy entrenando para superar mis límites y alcanzar mis metas. Estoy entrenando para disfrutar del proceso y celebrar cada pequeño avance. Al fin y al cabo, la dedicación y la sensación de logro son siempre las mismas, sin importar el tiempo o la dificultad. I know that sometimes it may seem like I'm training to accomplish something very small, like holding an exercise for 10 seconds, but in reality I'm training for so much more. I am training to improve my health, my self-esteem, my discipline and my happiness. I'm training to push my limits and reach my goals. I'm training to enjoy the process and celebrate every little bit of progress. At the end of the day, the dedication and sense of accomplishment is always the same, no matter the time or difficulty.
