Hoy me levanté temprano y con mucha motivación para entrenar. Tenía ganas de darlo todo y superar mis límites, y en la tarde cuando era mi hora de entrenar, salí motivado. Sin embargo, no todo salió como esperaba. Mi rendimiento no fue el mejor, y sentí que me costaba más de lo normal seguir el ritmo de mi rutina. La fatiga en mi cuerpo era grande, y notaba que me faltaba energía y concentración.
There will always be disappointments, but move forward in spite of it.
Today I woke up early and with a lot of motivation to train. I wanted to give it my all and push my limits, and in the afternoon when it was my time to train, I went out motivated. However, not everything went as I expected. My performance was not the best, and I felt that it was harder than usual to keep up with my routine. The fatigue in my body was great, and I noticed that I lacked energy and concentration.
A pesar de todo, cumplí con mi plan de entrenamiento y terminé la sesión. No me rendí ni me desanimé, porque sé que estos días también forman parte del proceso. Afortunadamente, mañana me toca un día de descanso, que me vendrá muy bien para recuperarme y volver con más fuerza. He avanzado mucho últimamente, y estoy orgulloso de mi progreso. Es momento de descansar y cuidar mi cuerpo y mi mente. Mañana será otro día, y seguiré trabajando para alcanzar mis metas.
Despite everything, I stuck to my training plan and finished the session. I didn't give up or get discouraged, because I know that these days are also part of the process. Fortunately, I have a rest day tomorrow, which will do me a lot of good to recover and come back stronger. I have come a long way lately, and I am proud of my progress.
