Hola amigos de #HIVE, #Liketu y #SWC. El d铆a de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotograf铆as de mi entrenamiento de b谩sicos el d铆a de hoy. Estoy cayendo en cuenta referente a muchas cosas que he descubierto de la plancha y es que la ejecuci贸n de mi plancha no est谩 correcta y di con la raz贸n del porque no he conseguido avanzar como me gustar铆a y es que no entend铆a la correcta ejecuci贸n de la plancha, as铆 que me toc贸 rehacer mi camino hacia ella pero est谩 vez haciendo las cosas bien y no sobrecargando mi sistema nervioso.
