Un saludo amigas y amigos de #Hive y #SWC, el d铆a de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotograf铆as de mi entrenamiento de planch y front lever del d铆a de hoy. C贸mo ya sabr谩n 煤ltimamente estoy haciendo entrenamientos mixtos d贸nde combin贸 elementos de jal贸n y empuje en forma de combinaciones. Claro est谩 que mi enfoque principal siempre ha sido hacia la planch pero estoy intentando darle un poco m谩s de protagonismo al front. En este entrenamiento realice combinaciones con flexiones, presses y aguantes en lo que fue la parte de la planch. Algo que me ha ayudado bastante entre combos es agregar una flexi贸n de pino de 90 grados entre combos. En cuanto al front realice presses y aguantes de front lever y luego trabaje tuck de touch para fortalecer un poco y ganar fuerza y resistencia para en un futuro sacar touch. La verdad que a pesar de no haber dormido bien estos 煤ltimos d铆as el entrenamiento fue bastante bien.

As you may already know, lately I have been doing mixed training where I combined elements of pulling and pushing in the form of combinations. Of course, my main focus has always been towards the plank but I am trying to give a little more prominence to the front. In this workout, perform combinations with push-ups, presses and holds in what was the plank part. Something that has helped me a lot between combos is adding a 90 degree handstand pushup between combos. As for the front, do front lever presses and holds and then work on touch tucks to strengthen a little and gain strength and resistance to get touch in the future. The truth is that despite not having slept well these last few days, the training went quite well.
