Un saludo amigas y amigos de #SWC y #HIVE el d铆a de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotograf铆as de mi entrenamiento de front lever del d铆a de hoy. Hoy realice este entrenamiento con algo de separaci贸n en cuanto a tiempo del entrenamiento de planch debido al tiempo que ten铆a ya que me toc贸 trabajar algunas horas extras. Baje a mi barra a eso de las 11 de la ma帽ana para realizar una hora de entrenamiento. Comenc茅 con intentos de front con algunos presses. Luego comenc茅 con mi rutina habitual donde realizo combos con progresiones que me permiten meter mayor volumen de entrenamiento. Realiz贸 una combinaci贸n de pull ups tanto pronas como supinas seguido de presses y aguantes. Suelo trabajar con la progresi贸n half lay y tuck adv y hago la mayor铆a de combos y variantes de ejercicios con estas progresiones. El entrenamiento a d铆a de hoy me cuesta sobre todo en algunos combos y en otros voy m谩s suave pero paso a paso con mejoras constantes.

Today I did this training with some time separation from the plank training due to the time I had and I had to work some extra hours. I went down to my bar around 11 in the morning to do an hour of training. I started with front attempts with some presses. Then I started with my usual routine where I perform combos with progressions that allow me to put in a greater volume of training. He performed a combination of both prone and supine pull ups followed by presses and holds. I usually work with the half lay and tuck adv progression and do most combos and exercise variants with these progressions. Training today is difficult for me especially in some combos and in others I go softer but step by step with constant improvements.
