Un saludo amigas y amigos de #SWC y #HIVE el d铆a de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotograf铆as de mi entrenamiento del d铆a de hoy en el apartado de planch. Hoy d铆a jueves me toc贸 entrenamiento suave y de activaci贸n para la planch debido a que para ma帽ana salgo de viaje a la ciudad de Maracay para competir en la copa Hive. Ma帽ana me toca hacer lo mismo con el front lever ya que no he entrenado bien este elemento debido a dolores musculares a causa de los entrenamientos. Hoy en planch me dedique a hacer peque帽os aguantes de half + press simplemente y con un volumen de entrenamiento muy bajo al igual que la intensidad, luego realice muchas series de tuck planch, tanto en aguantes, presses y flexiones. Realizando combos de alto volumen en repeticiones como 10 flexiones de tuck + 5 presses + 10 segundos de aguante. Tambi茅n me concentre mucho en la depresi贸n de mis hombros en progresiones m谩s bajas, esto para mejorar a largo plazo mi full planch.

Today, Thursday, I had light and activation training for the plank because tomorrow I am leaving on a trip to the city of Maracay to compete in the Hive Cup. Tomorrow I have to do the same with the front lever since I have not trained this element well due to muscle pain from training. Today in planch I dedicated myself to doing small half + press holds simply and with a very low training volume as well as the intensity, then I did many series of tuck planch, both in holds, presses and push-ups. Performing high volume combos in repetitions such as 10 tuck push-ups + 5 presses + 10 seconds of hold. I also focused a lot on the depression of my shoulders in lower progressions, this to improve my full planch in the long term.
