Un saludo amigas y amigos de #SWC y #HIVE el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de plancha del día de hoy. Últimamente me estoy concentrando en ganar fuerza en mi half planch con aguantes y presses en esta progresion y este entrenamiento se basó en 8 series de combos con half lay planch. Estuve variando entre aguantes y presses, cambiando su orden o duración en el hold. Este entrenamiento lo realicé en mi barra de freestyle que pronto le haré una reforma para mejorar su estabilidad. En cada serie que realizaba trataba de grabarme para evaluar la postura de mi half planch, ya que quiero ganar fuerza en mi hollow y palanca. El entrenamiento fue un poco fatigante, ya que no me sentía al 100% pero igual cumplí con toda la rutina.

Lately I have been focusing on gaining strength in my half planch with holds and presses in this progression and this workout was based on 8 sets of combos with half lay planch. I was varying between holds and presses, changing their order or duration in the hold. I did this training on my freestyle bar, which I will soon renovate to improve its stability. In each series I did I tried to record myself to evaluate the posture of my half plank, since I want to gain strength in my hollow and leverage. The training was a little tiring, since I didn't feel 100%, but I still completed the entire routine.
