Un saludo amigas y amigos de #Hive y #SWC, el d铆a de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotograf铆as de mi entrenamiento de front lever. Este entrenamiento lo realice en combinaci贸n con mi entrenamiento de plancha, como y saben yo suelo entrenar empuje y jal贸n el mismo d铆a, en este caso les comparto el apartado de jal贸n. Ayer no sent铆a fuerzas con el front lever debido a que la noche anterior al entrenamiento me sobre excedi un poco realizando combos de pr谩ctica de front lever, como que me dej贸 totalmente aguado para realizar este entrenamiento. Cuando termine de calentar estuve realizando intentos de pull ups + press y aguante. Luego de realizar unas cuantas series de esto, baje progresi贸n a la half y realice 3-3-3, 煤ltimamente he sentido mucha comodidad y explosividad con esta progresi贸n. Luego de realizar estos, que fueron mis combos m谩s duros, pase a realizar b谩sicos, el mismo sistema de combos X-X-X pero con tuck adv.

I did this workout in combination with my plank training, as you know I usually train push and pull the same day, in this case I am sharing the pull section. Yesterday I didn't feel strong with the front lever because the night before training I overdid it a bit doing front lever practice combos, it kind of left me totally weak to do this workout. When I finished warming up I was doing pull ups + press and hold attempts. After doing a few sets of this, I lowered the progression to the half and did 3-3-3, lately I have felt very comfortable and explosive with this progression. After doing these, which were my toughest combos, I moved on to doing basics, the same X-X-X combo system but with tuck adv.
