Un saludo amigos y amigas de #Hive y #SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien. El d铆a de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotograf铆as de mi entrenamiento de combos del d铆a de ayer, segundo entrenamiento enfocado a los elementos de jal贸n, front lever y hefesto. El combo que estuve realizando el d铆a de ayer fue el que base en mi entrenamiento, este combo me lo propuso mi bro @josef-999 el cual trataba de realizar un hefesto back lever con caminata seguido de un hefesto back lever normal pars luego hacer un cambio a front lever. Repet铆 este combo muchas veces y al final alternaba entre combinar con un front lever o con una planch, esto para realizar intentos leves para adaptarme cada vez m谩s a lo que vendr铆a siendo la full planch la cual es la que se me resiste m谩s. Cuando finalice los combos realice 2 ejercicios b谩sicos para fortalecimiento de mi b铆ceps los cuales fueron el curl de b铆ceps con mancuernas y curl en barra tomando posici贸n de Australianas. Realice unas 4 series de cada ejercicio con repeticiones cercanas al fallo y as铆 culmine mi entrenamiento.

Today I want to share with you some photographs of my combo training from yesterday, the second training focused on the elements of pull, front lever and hephaestus. The combo I was doing yesterday was the one based on my training, this combo was proposed to me by my bro @josef-999 who was trying to do a hefesto back lever with walking followed by a normal hefesto back lever pars then do a change to front lever. I repeated this combo many times and in the end I alternated between combining it with a front lever or with a planch, this to make slight attempts to adapt more and more to what would come, being the full planch which is the one that resists me the most. When I finished the combos, I performed 2 basic exercises to strengthen my biceps, which were the biceps curl with dumbbells and the barbell curl taking the Australian position. I performed about 4 sets of each exercise with repetitions close to failure and thus completed my training.
