Hola familia y amigos de #HIVE #LIKETU y #SWC espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy no me sentí bien para entrenar así que aproveche para practicar un poco de elementos de balance. Me gustó mucho ya que tenía tiempo sin practicarlo y la verdad que se me había olvidado lo divertido que era y también es muy beneficioso para otros elementos de empuje.

I really liked it since I hadn't practiced it for a while and the truth is that I had forgotten how fun it was and it is also very beneficial for other push elements.
