Greetings friends, on this occasion I want to share with you the progressions that helped me achieve straddel planch, I hope you like it. Before moving on to the progressions, I would like to provide some tips to make the path to the plank a little easier: 1- Constantly make attempts, whether of straddel or the progression we are in, this will make our body adapt better (be careful, by trying I do not mean training every day) 2- have a good base of presses and push-ups of the progression we are in. 3- Train at least 2-3 times a week 4- have total rest days from time to time Progressions:

Un saludo amigos, en esta ocasi贸n quiero compartir con ustedes las progresiones que a mi me ayudaron a conseguir straddel planch , espero les guste.
Antes de pasar a las progresiones quisiera aportar algunos tips para hacer el camino a la plancha un poco m谩s f谩cil:
1- realizar intentos constantemente ya sea de straddel o de la progresi贸n en la que estemos esto har谩 que nuestro cuerpo se adapte mejor (ojo, a intentar no me refiero a entrenar todos los d铆as)
2- tener una buena base de press y flexiones de la progresi贸n en la que estemos.
3- Entrenar al menos 2-3 veces por semana
4- tener d铆as de descanso totales de vez en cuando
