Un saludo amigas y amigos de #Hive y #SWC, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una publicación referente a mi entrenamiento de plancha del día de hoy. Poco a poco he comenzado a agregar más dificultad a la rutina nuevamente, ya tengo la tuck adv, presses y aguantes con la forma que quería, ahora estoy tratando de aplicarlo a la straddel planch, hoy comencé con las negativas, aunque aún no termina de ser la forma final que quiero adoptar, me note cómodo, aunque sigo haciendo activaciones que no debía, es un paso. Estimo de aquí a 2 o 3 semanas poder hacer 2 presses completos de straddel cona postura que quiero. Luego de realizar mis 3 series de negativas de straddel, realice aguantes de tuck adv por 4 series. Luego realice 1 serie de 3 presses de tuck adv y 3 series de 2 repeticiones. Termine el bloque de plancha con aguantes de lean planch. Luego realice unas 3 series de press militar como parte de musculación, aquí di por finalizado mi entrenamiento de empuje. Paso a paso iremos sumando más a la plancha.

Little by little I've started adding more difficulty to the routine again, I already have the tuck adv, presses and holds with the form I wanted, now I'm trying to apply it to the straddel planch. Today I started with the negatives, although it's not yet the final form I want to adopt, I feel comfortable, although I continue doing activations that I shouldn't, it's a step. I estimate that in 2 or 3 weeks I will be able to do 2 full straddel presses with the posture I want. After completing my 3 sets of straddel negatives, I did tuck adv holds for 4 sets. Then I did 1 set of 3 tuck adv presses and 3 sets of 2 repetitions. I finished the plank block with lean planch holds. I then did about three sets of military presses as part of my strength training. This concluded my pushing workout. Step by step, we'll add more to the plank.
