También cabe destacar que ha sido un entrenamiento corto, donde hice pocas series y ejercicios pero le metí alta intensidad en las progresiones. En el caso de la plancha estuve practicando el Hold de full, ya tenía bastante que no hacía eso y enserio que me siento pesado, pero poco a poco estoy volviendo a agarrarle la costumbre a ese movimiento.
En el Front aún sigo un poco bajo, hoy estuve practicando el combo de 2-2-3 de dos Pull Ups, dos presses y tres segundos y bueno, ya me está empezando a salir de nuevo pero me cuesta mucho, como ya queda poco para la duals, seguiré fortaleciendo lo poco que pueda para ir muy bien preparado.
