Hello, how are you, Hive community and all my SWC colleagues? Today I come to share my start of the week with training.
En el día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes comunidad de HIVE y compañeros de SWC algunas fotos para poder empezar como siempre la semana con full entrenamiento para poder ganar fuerza y masa muscular, Amigos hoy me fui para mi lugar favorito el parque, para poder lanzar algunos estáticos para poder gastar la energía que acumule el fin de semana ya que pude descansar bien porque no tenía tareas que realizar del colegio y decidí estar solamente en mi casa con mi familia y disfrutar de películas, quise realizar algunas fotos marcando algunos estáticos y poder tener mas tensión en las planchas como podrán observar lance algunas parada de manos y straddle, seguiré esforzándome para desbloquear muchas más cosas nuevas que tengo en mente ya que me falta muchísimas cosas que necesito sacar pero por los momentos disfrutaré del proceso
Today I come to share with you HIVE community and SWC colleagues some photos to start as always the week with full training to gain strength and muscle mass, Friends today I went to my favorite place the park, to be able to throw some statics to be able to spend the energy that accumulated the weekend since I was able to rest well because I did not have homework to do from school and I decided to be just at home with my family and enjoy movies, I wanted to take some photos marking some statics and to be able to have more tension in the planks as you can see I threw some handstands and straddles, I will continue striving to unlock many more new things that I have in mind since I am missing many things that I need to get out but for now I will enjoy the process
