Un gran saludo amigos de Hive y comunidad de SWC. Es un gran placer para mí compartir con ustedes el entrenamiento que realice el día de hoy.
El entrenamiento realizado el día de hoy fue para ayudar a tener un mejor control a la hora de hacer handstand, también ayude a algunos atletas del parque, que quieren progresar en esta postura. Para realizar el handstand no debes de tener mucha fuerza pero si tienes que tener un buen control de tu peso corporal ya que estarás cargando todo tu peso sobre tus manos, antes de realizar el handstand hay que calentar muy bien las muñecas, ya que si no lo haces podrías sufrir una lesión, y eso haría que tardarás más tiempo en alcanzar el dominio del handstand. A las chicas Mariangel y Omaribis, siempre les recomiendo que hagan L sit porque te ayudarán a tener una mayor resistencia abdominal y de los brazos. Ya entendido todo esto solo faltaría intentar el handstand asistido a una pared o a alguien que te asista por la espalda, y poco a poco ir quitando la asistencia hasta que domines por completo el handstand o para de manos. Yo en estos momentos estoy tratando de mejorar también mi fuerza y estoy llegando al siguiente nivel, que es aguantar el handstand one arm, aunque se me a complicado bastante por mi estatura no me he rendido y paso a paso con la ayuda de Mauricio e podido ir agarrando fuerza en el handstand one arm.
