Este movimiento es uno de los ejercicios mas complicados de fuerza dinámica que involucra los hombros, los bíceps, las muñecas. Comenzaríamos con los básicos , aquellos mas esenciales como las rotaciones asistidas con buena retroversión pélvica, un buen jale y una rotación controlada al final de esta.
Dominadas chin ups o Supinas. Esta es especial para ganar más resistencia en los bíceps y el tirón
Rotaciones de backl lever a una pierna, teniendo en cuenta que la retroversión pélvica debe estar completamente nivelada para la mejor ejecución
Rotaciones con ambas piernas, este será el que simule mas el movimiento ya que la fuerza radica a un 75% entre más retroversión y control será mas fuerte el aumento de ganancia para el mismo.
This movement is one of the most complicated dynamic strength exercises that involves the shoulders, biceps and wrists. We would start with the basics, the most essential ones such as assisted rotations with good pelvic retroversion, a good pull and a controlled rotation at the end of it.
Chin ups or Supine Pull-ups. This is special to gain more resistance in the biceps and the pull.
One-legged back lever rotations, keeping in mind that pelvic retroversion must be completely level for best execution.
Rotations with both legs, this will be the one that simulates the movement the most as the strength lies at 75% the more retroversion and control the stronger the increase in gain for the same.
