Hola a todos amigos de SWC espero que se encuentren muy bien en el d铆a de hoy, en esta ocasi贸n vengo a traerles unas fotograf铆as de una exhibici贸n en el centro comercial "Virtudes" en d贸nde estuvimos varios miembros de nuestro equipo "Falc贸n Streetworkout" d贸nde todos destacamos como grandes deportistas y expertos en nuestra 谩rea que es la calistenia y el Streetworkout, esto para apoyar el evento que se estaba llevando a cabo sobre los ni帽os en el mundo deportivo y su desempe帽o, nuestra misi贸n fue mostrar nuestras habilidades a ellos para que vieran lo incre铆ble que es practicar la calistenia, muchas personas se subieron a practicar movimientos como lo son las flexiones, hanstand, etc.. di un gran espect谩culo junto a mis amigos @kley-sw, @sw-yisus, @maikol-sw y @johnnym7777, todos nos la comimos haciendo lo nuestro en la competencia y pudimos dar a conocer mucho m谩s este gran deporte que es el Streetworkout, yo me destaque en los trucos principales como lo son el front lever y el hefesto, los cuales son de mis movimientos favoritos y los que m谩s domino a la hora de realizar tanto competencia, exhibici贸n y entrenamiento, espero pues muy pronto o mas adelante se haga otra exhibici贸n como est谩, sea mucho mejor o igual, y que lo importante es que todos le demos al 100% y de pasar un momento agradable 鉂わ笍馃檶馃徎

Hello everyone SWC friends I hope you are doing very well today, this time I come to bring you some photos of an exhibition at the "Virtudes" shopping center where we were several members of our "Falc贸n Streetworkout" team where we all stood out as great athletes and experts in our area that is calisthenics and Streetworkout, this to support the event that was taking place on children in the sports world and their performance, our mission was to show our skills to them so they could see how incredible it is to practice calisthenics, many people got on to practice movements such as push-ups, hanstand, etc. I gave a great show with my friends @kley-sw, @sw-yisus, @maikol-sw and @johnnym7777, we all had a great time doing our thing in the competition and we were able to make this great sport that is Streetworkout much more known, I stood out in the main tricks such as the front lever and the hefesto, the Which are my favorite movements and the ones I master the most when it comes to competition, exhibition and training, I hope very soon or later another exhibition like this will be done, whether it is much better or the same, and the important thing is that we all give 100% and have a nice time 鉂わ笍馃檶馃徎
