Hola gente de Hive y SWC el dia viernes les muestro mi rutina de front lever me toco meterle mas intensidad y bueno decidi hacerlo lo mejor posible, comence haciendo aguantes en SAT despues touch supino abierto y cerrado hice algo de Propiocepción con banda y despues le meti algunos ejercicios básicos y pude terminar la rutina
Hello people from Hive and SWC, on Friday I show you my front lever routine, I had to put more intensity into it and well, I decided to do it as best as possible, I started doing holds in SAT, then open and closed supine touch, I did some Proprioception with a band and then I put it in. some basic exercises and I was able to finish the routine
