Que tal amigos y amigas de HIVE y SWC mi nombre es Néstor Rodríguez @nestorrdz-30 en el día de hoy les mostraré unas fotos unas pequeñas fotos haciendo freestyle en la mañana no les voy a mentir tenía rato sin hacer freestyle en la mañana sea me ha perdido la costumbre y a veces es difícil hacer freetyle en la mañana porque el sol no ayuda casi y la barra se pone caliente, pero también es bueno porque hace que las manos se te acostumbran y cuando la barra se ponga caliente no será tan fácil volarse los callos, pero bueno para no aburrirlos aquí les dejo mi post 📷 📷.

Bueno, amigos y amigas espero que les gustara el post y las fotos del día hoy como podemos ver en las respectivas imágenes podemos ver al compañero Wilfre Astudillo @ban-sw haciendo un supra 180 y después un tornada 360 luego está mi amigo y compañero milano armas @ashura-sw haciendo un 360 que después de eso hace un ginger y luego lo podemos ver empezando otra vez haciendo un 360 para después hacer un doble 360 y por último Jesús Ramírez @jesus1sw haciendo un ginger en x que aunque no parezca lo estaba haciendo y bueno como les deje anteriormente es difícil a veces hacer freetyle en la mañana, pero ayuda mucho a la resistencia con el freetyle y acostumbra las manos y bueno sin más nada que decir mi nombre es Néstor Rodríguez @nestorrdz-30 y buenos estén atentos próximo post ✌📷.
