Bueno, amigos y amigas espero que les gustara el post y las pequeñas fotos de hoy como podemos ver en las respectivas imagines primero a milagro de la rosa @milagroscdlrr haciendo una pequeña para de manos con gran control y aguantando el equilibrio la parada de manos no es muy fácil de hacer porque ahí que siempre ir practicándola más que todo el equilibrio después está mi gran amigo y compañero Jesús Ramírez @jesus1sw preparándose para hacer freetyle y también marcando una buena stradle planch que tampoco es fácil de hacer tanto estáticos como dinámicos hacer un buen combo con los dos es mucha resistencia, pero para eso se entrena para tener buena resistencia después vemos a mi compañero y gran atleta alvix Orozco @alvis-sw uno de los mejores freetyleros de toda Venezuela pensando en que combo lanzar luego está Sebastián Gutiérrez @aestrals marcando un buen fron lever con una buena postura yo diría que mi amigo Sebas tiene una gran front lever tanto por la técnica y la buena postura, pero buen sin más nada que comentarles mi nombre es Néstor Rodríguez @nestorrdz-30 y buenos estén atentos al próximo post ✌📷.
