Hola amigos de HIVE y SWC mi nombre es Néstor Rodríguez @nestorrdz-30 en el día de hoy les mostraré unas pequeñas fotos de mi visita con el compañero uy fisio terapeuta Raúl Mijares que me ayudo con una molestia que tenía en el cuello y bueno me lo arreglo un poco porque el dolor y la molestia eran horribles y me molestaba un poco y cuando entrenaba también me molestaba bastante y más cuando tenía que hacer freetyle porque cuando uno hace 360 o algo así por lo general mueve el cuello mucho, pero bueno sin más nada que decir aquí está mi post 📷 📷.

Bueno, amigos HIVE y swc espero que les gustara el post y las fotos del día hoy como podemos ver en las respectivas imágenes salgo yo acostado para que me revisen un poco y ver qué es lo que tengo primero también sale el fisio y compañero Raúl poniéndome las agujas para relajar un poco esa zona con un poco de corriente o algo así que hacen los fisios yo porque no sé mucho también aunque era relajante a veces era doloroso un poco porque a veces el dolor no ayudaba, pero se me iba relajando poco a poco después de la cuestión de la corriente después me pusieron las ventosas para relajar aún más esa zona y bueno debo decir que ahora el cuello lo tengo súper y ya los dolores no son tan molestos, pero bueno igual tengo que ir haciendo algunos ejercicios poco a poco y bueno sin más nada que decir nombre es Néstor Rodríguez @nestorrdz-30 y buenos estén atentos próximo post ✌📷.
