En el día de hoy, les vengo a compartir un poco de mi enfoque hacia la full planche; un elemento que, sin duda, ha capturado mi atención y dedicación... Ha sido un camino lleno de desafíos. La full planche, un objetivo que me ha mantenido motivado y enfocado.
Ha sido un elemento bastante complicado, al cual le he dedicado bastante tiempo para poder entender su activación. He explorado diferentes técnicas, he estudiado la biomecánica del movimiento, he escuchado a mi cuerpo. Un proceso de aprendizaje continuo, donde cada error es una oportunidad para crecer.
Entre muchas cosas más, he descubierto la importancia de la paciencia y la perseverancia; dos virtudes esenciales en el camino hacia la full planche. He aprendido a celebrar los logros, a no desanimarme ante los obstáculos; un viaje personal que me ha enseñado mucho sobre mí mismo y sobre el poder de la disciplina.
Aun así, he logrado avanzar practicando por primera vez un enfoque dirigido a las negativas; una estrategia que me permite trabajar la fuerza y el control en la fase descendente del movimiento. Siento que este enfoque me está acercando cada vez más a mi objetivo; ya estoy construyendo una base sólida para tener mayor control sobre la full planche.
Priorizando trabajar el control de la full y más segundos de la misma, me estoy enfocando en fortalecer los músculos estabilizadores y en mejorar mi capacidad para mantener la tensión en todo el cuerpo. Un entrenamiento intenso que me exige concentración.
Estoy seguro de que me ayudará; es cuestión de tiempo para ver resultados. Confío en que este nuevo enfoque me permitirá superar mis límites. Sé que el camino no será fácil, pero estoy dispuesto a darlo todo para lograr mi objetivo... Una meta que me inspira y me motiva a seguir adelante, día tras día.

Today, I'm here to share a bit of my approach to the full planche; an element that has undoubtedly captured my attention and dedication... It's been a path full of challenges. The full planche, a goal that has kept me motivated and focused.
It's been a rather complicated element, to which I've dedicated a lot of time to understand its activation. I've explored different techniques, I've studied the biomechanics of movement, I've listened to my body. A continuous learning process, where every mistake is an opportunity to grow.
Among many other things, I've discovered the importance of patience and perseverance; two essential virtues on the path to the full planche. I've learned to celebrate achievements, not to be discouraged by obstacles; a personal journey that has taught me a lot about myself and about the power of discipline.
Even so, I've managed to make progress by practicing for the first time an approach focused on negatives; a strategy that allows me to work on strength and control in the downward phase of the movement. I feel like this approach is bringing me closer to my goal; I'm already building a solid foundation for greater control over the full planche.
By prioritizing working on full planche control and more seconds, I'm focusing on strengthening my stabilizing muscles and improving my ability to maintain tension throughout my body. It's an intense workout that demands focus.
I'm confident it will help; it's just a matter of time before I see results. I'm confident this new approach will allow me to push my limits. I know the road won't be easy, but I'm willing to give it my all to achieve my goal... A goal that inspires me and motivates me to keep going, day after day.
