Greetings to everyone, I hope you're all doing great. I often wonder if we don't forget the moments we experience too quickly, those small or large experiences that, although fleeting, are part of our personal history. However, I believe there are always exceptions, those memories that remain etched in our minds and that time can't erase.
In my case, I must admit that I tend to forget many things easily and sometimes feel lost in the hectic pace of life. But despite this, there are certain moments that I feel will be unforgettable, those moments that I cherish with special affection and that remind me how precious life is. present.

It's amazing how quickly time flies. Sometimes I think certain experiences happened very recently, when in reality a long time has passed. For example, just a week ago, my partner and I managed to get second place in the 4th Street Workout Dual Battles. It was an incredible experience, full of effort, excitement, and camaraderie.
But beyond the competition itself, we were fortunate to meet Tony Gaste, a five-time world champion, a leading figure in our sport and an inspiration to many. Meeting him was a moment that marked me deeply, because it made me reflect on the commitment, dedication and passion that are required to achieve goals. important.

These recent events have made me think a lot about how time seems to speed up without us realizing it. Before I know it, a whole year will have passed, and what is now a present experience will become a distant, albeit valuable, memory. That's why I try to live each day intensely, valuing each experience and being grateful for the opportunity to continue growing. Life is full of moments that seem simple, but when remembered, they take on special meaning and strengthen us as people.
Furthermore, I understand that time not only erases details but also allows us to learn to prioritize what truly matters. Forgetting some things may be a natural way of moving on, but I never forget the moments that make me feel alive, that fill me with joy, that teach me, and that connect me with others. The competition, the friendship with my teammate, the encounter with Tony Gaste—all of that has stayed with me as a memory. invaluable.

Un saludo a todos, espero que se encuentren de maravilla. A menudo me pregunto si acaso no olvidamos con demasiada rapidez los momentos que vivimos, esas pequeñas o grandes experiencias que, aunque pasajeras, forman parte de nuestra historia personal. Sin embargo, creo que siempre existen excepciones, esos recuerdos que se quedan grabados en nuestra memoria y que el tiempo no logra borrar.

Es sorprendente lo rápido que pasa el tiempo. A veces pienso que ciertas experiencias ocurrieron hace muy poco, cuando en realidad ya ha transcurrido un buen tiempo desde entonces. Por ejemplo, hace apenas una semana, mi compañero y yo logramos obtener el segundo lugar en las Street Workout Dual Battles, edición 4. Fue una experiencia increíble, llena de esfuerzo, emoción y compañerismo.
Pero más allá de la competencia en sí, tuvimos la fortuna de conocer a Tony Gaste, pentacampeón mundial, un referente en nuestro deporte y una inspiración para muchos. Conocerlo fue un momento que me marcó profundamente, porque me hizo reflexionar sobre el compromiso, la dedicación y la pasión que se requieren para alcanzar metas importantes.

Estos eventos recientes me han hecho pensar mucho sobre cómo el tiempo parece acelerarse sin que nos demos cuenta. Cuando menos lo espero, habrá pasado un año entero, y lo que hoy es una vivencia presente se convertirá en un recuerdo distante, aunque valioso. Por eso, trato de vivir cada día con intensidad, valorando cada experiencia y agradeciendo la oportunidad de seguir creciendo. La vida está llena de momentos que parecen simples, pero que, al recordarlos, cobran un significado especial y nos fortalecen como personas.
Además, entiendo que el tiempo no solo borra detalles, sino que también nos permite aprender a priorizar lo que realmente importa. Olvidar algunas cosas puede ser un mecanismo natural para seguir adelante, pero nunca olvido los momentos que me hacen sentir vivo, que me llenan de alegría, que me enseñan y que me conectan con otros. La competencia, la amistad con mi compañero, el encuentro con Tony Gaste, todo eso se ha quedado conmigo como un recuerdo invaluable.
