¡Buenos días, comunidad de Hive! Ayer fue un día bastante movido, ya que me fui desde Valencia hasta Caracas para acompañar a mis queridos primos en su torneo de karate en la prestigiosa Universidad Simón Bolívar. ¡Y vaya que les fue de maravilla! Me sentí muy orgulloso de ver su disciplina y entrega en cada combate. Además de disfrutar de sus logros, aproveché que en el lugar había unas barras para practicar un poco de calistenia. Realicé algunos ejercicios de fuerza y también algo de estáticos. Fue curioso cuando una niña pequeña se me quedó observando con gran curiosidad mientras hacía el swing 360 , así que no dudé en acercarme y explicarle un poco sobre esta disciplina, adaptando mi explicación a su corta edad. Aunque el ambiente en los alrededores de las barras se sentía un poco descuidado, con bastante monte crecido y óxido en la estructura, la energía del torneo era vibrante. Sin duda, acompañar a mi familia en sus competencias es algo que valoro muchísimo. Ser testigo de su esfuerzo, compartir su alegría en la victoria y brindarles apoyo en cualquier circunstancia fortalece nuestros lazos y crea recuerdos imborrables. Poder estar allí para ellos, animándolos desde las gradas y celebrando sus éxitos, es una experiencia realmente gratificante. Esta visita a la Simón Bolívar no solo fue una oportunidad para disfrutar del karate de mis primos y hacer algo de ejercicio, sino también para reafirmar la importancia de la familia y el apoyo mutuo.

Good morning, Hive community! Yesterday was a very eventful day, since I went from Valencia to Caracas to accompany my dear cousins in their karate tournament at the prestigious Simón Bolívar University. And wow, it went wonderfully! I felt very proud to see his discipline and dedication in each fight. In addition to enjoying his achievements, I took advantage of the fact that there were some bars in the place to practice a little calisthenics. I did some strength exercises and also some statics. It was curious when a little girl watched me with great curiosity while making the swing 360, so I did not hesitate to approach and explain a little about this discipline, adapting my explanation to her young age. Although the atmosphere around the bars felt a little neglected, with a lot of grown mountain and rust in the structure, the energy of the tournament was vibrant. Without a doubt, accompanying my family in their competitions is something that I value very much. Witnessing their effort, sharing their joy in victory and providing them with support in any circumstance strengthens our bonds and creates indelible memories. Being able to be there for them, cheering them from the stands and celebrating their successes, is a truly rewarding experience. This visit to Simón Bolívar was not only an opportunity to enjoy my cousins' karate and do some exercise, but also to reaffirm the importance of family and mutual support.
