Apreciados lectores, en esta oportunidad quiero relatar una noche de entrenamiento en el parque que estuvo llena de mucha acción. Mis compañeros y yo estábamos dando lo mejor de nosotros, mostrando trucos, habilidades y algunas acrobacias en la barra. Se sentía un ambiente de competitividad sana, donde cada uno buscaba superarse y motivar a los demás.
En medio de toda esta energía, pude observar a mi amigo @ciberman-76. Él estaba realizando varios intentos de front lever, pero lo que realmente me llamó la atención fue que lo estaba haciendo únicamente usando los dedos. Se mantenía en esa posición horizontal con una facilidad, gracia y ligereza que parecían desafiar la gravedad. Su control y fuerza eran realmente impresionantes.
Verlo ejecutar ese movimiento con tanta maestría me motivó a intentarlo también. Nunca antes lo había probado de esa manera, pero la demostración de @ciberman-76 me inspiró a salir de mi zona de confort. Con un poco de concentración y recordando algunos consejos técnicos, me animé a intentarlo. Para mi sorpresa, pude lograr mantener la posición deseada. La sensación fue increíble, aunque la tensión en mis dedos era bastante intensa.
Decidí experimentar un poco más e intenté hacer este ejercicio con varios agarres diferentes, siempre usando únicamente los dedos. En cada intento, pude percibir claramente la tensión en mis manos y la dificultad que acarrea realizar este ejercicio sin el apoyo del "agarre falso" o un agarre completo. Sin embargo, a pesar del esfuerzo, pude lograr mi objetivo y mantener cada posición por un mínimo de 3 segundos. Fue una gran satisfacción personal superar ese desafío y demostrarme a mí mismo que con técnica y determinación se pueden alcanzar metas que parecen difíciles.
Esta noche de entrenamiento fue muy gratificante y me recordó la importancia de la motivación y la inspiración que podemos encontrar en nuestros compañeros. Ver a otros superar sus límites nos impulsa a intentar cosas nuevas y a creer en nuestras propias capacidades.

Dear readers, on this occasion I want to recount a night of training in the park that was full of action. My teammates and I were giving our best, showcasing tricks, skills, and some acrobatics on the bar. There was an atmosphere of healthy competition, where everyone was looking to improve and motivate each other.
In the midst of all this energy, I was able to observe my friend @ciberman-76. He was performing several attempts of the front lever, but what really caught my attention was that he was doing it using only his fingers. He held himself in that horizontal position with an ease, grace, and lightness that seemed to defy gravity. His control and strength were truly impressive.
Seeing him execute that movement with such mastery motivated me to try it too. I had never tried it that way before, but @ciberman-76's demonstration inspired me to step out of my comfort zone. With a bit of concentration and remembering some technical tips, I dared to try it. To my surprise, I was able to hold the desired position. The feeling was incredible, although the tension in my fingers was quite intense.
I decided to experiment a little more and tried doing this exercise with several different grips, always using only my fingers. In each attempt, I could clearly perceive the tension in my hands and the difficulty involved in performing this exercise without the support of the "false grip" or a full grip. However, despite the effort, I was able to achieve my goal and hold each position for a minimum of 3 seconds. It was a great personal satisfaction to overcome that challenge and prove to myself that with technique and determination, goals that seem difficult can be achieved.
This night of training was very rewarding and reminded me of the importance of motivation and inspiration that we can find in our teammates. Seeing others overcome their limits encourages us to try new things and believe in our own abilities.
