En esta oportunidad estuve entrenando durante la tarde del 1 de Enero, desde hace años tengo la costumbre y tradición de no saltarme los entrenamientos incluso en fechas festivas. Cabe destacar que absolutamente nadie asistió al parque y las personas que transitaban por el lugar se me quedaban viendo raro.
En cualquier caso, el punto es que decidí fortalecer mi planche lean para asi tener una mejor straddle planche y en un futuro cercano desbloquear la full planche. Asi que empecé mi rutina la cual estuvo compuesta de planche lean holds, planche lean push ups, y transiciones de L-sit a tucked planche. De igual forma, aproveché la oportunidad para hacer ejercicios de abdomen y piernas.
Me agradó bastabte entrenar el día de hoy aunque extrañé bastante a mis amigos y compañeros de entrenamiento, esto es solo el comienzo de lo que voy a lograr este año.
