En esta oportunidad asisti muy temprano por la mañana al parque de barras donde entreno, ya que estoy entrenando a un par de alumnos a primera hora, es por ello que muchas veces aprovecho la mañana para hacer mis rutinas de básicos y asi aprovechar el tiempo al máximo. Mientras mis alumnos hacían ejercicios mas sencillos como australian pull ups y curl de biceps con mancuerna yo me dispuse a hacer una rutina de pull ups la cual consistía en 4 series de 20 reps de regular pull ups, 3 series de 15 reps de close grip pull ups, 3 series de 15 reps de wide pull ups. Esta es una gran idea de rutina para desarrollar fuerza y resistencia en la espalda y los bíceps.
Solo me dediqué a hacer dominadas para descansar otras partes del cuerpo y asi tener mas energía en los siguientes entrenamientos.
Les recuerdo que es sumamente importante calentar y realizar los estiramientos y ejercicios de movilidad articular pertinentes antes de someter al cuerpo a un entrenamiento intenso, asi evitaremos lesiones y tendremos un progreso garantizado.

This time I went very early in the morning to the barbell park where I train, since I'm training a couple of students first thing in the morning, that's why I often take advantage of the morning to do my basic routines to make the most of the time. While my students were doing simpler exercises like australian pull ups and dumbbell biceps curls I set out to do a pull up routine which consisted of 4 sets of 20 reps of regular pull ups, 3 sets of 15 reps of close grip pull ups, 3 sets of 15 reps of wide pull ups. This is a great routine idea for building strength and endurance in the back and biceps.
I only did pull ups to rest other parts of my body so I would have more energy for the next workout.
