En esta ocasión llegué de primero al parque de barras como casi siempre acostumbro, estuve un rato escuchando música esperando a que se presentaran mis alumos y otros amigos, cuando llegaron nos dirigimos al almacen del estadio a buscar algunas pesas y colchones para que ellos entrenaran.
Como algunos de ustedes ya sabran estuve varios dias sin entrenar haciendo semanas de descarga y haciendome nuebos tatuajes pero ese descanso ya ha llegado a su fin, es hora de entrenar y dar lo mejor, prepararme para próximos eventos y competencias, llevar mi mente y mi cuerpo al límite. Aunque la próxima semana inicie en los últimos días del año los cuales suelen ser festivos pienso entrenar de igual forma sin saltarme mis rutinas. Es hora de asumir este compromiso con disciplina.
Asi mismo, aprovecho este post para dejarles las mejores fotos que pude captar en el atardecer nublado que se pudo apreciar desde el parque donde solemos entrenar mis amigos y yo, esa iluminación del cielo hace que sea un lugar hermoso.

This time I arrived first to the barbell park as I usually do, I spent some time listening to music waiting for my students and other friends to show up, when they arrived we went to the stadium warehouse to get some weights and mattresses for them to train on.
As some of you may already know I was several days without training doing weeks of unloading and getting new tattoos but that break has come to an end, it's time to train and give my best, prepare for upcoming events and competitions, take my mind and body to the limit. Although next week starts in the last days of the year which are usually holidays I plan to train the same way without skipping my routines. It's time to take on this commitment with discipline.
Also, I take this post to leave you the best photos I could capture in the cloudy sunset that could be seen from the park where my friends and I usually train, that sky lighting makes it a beautiful place.
