Para empezar, ten en cuenta que en Calistenia es más complicado conseguir masa muscular que entrenando con pesas, sin embargo con esfuerzo, dedicación y técnica se puede conseguir. Para esta rutina debemos hacer pocas repeticiones, las necesarias que nos afecten en la zona muscular que queremos trabajar y aumentar nuestro tiempo de descanso a 1:30, 2 minutos o 2:30', suficiente para recuperarnos y terminar con los ejercicios.
To begin, keep in mind that in Calisthenics is more complicated to get muscle mass than training with weights, however with effort, dedication and technique can be achieved. For this routine we must do few repetitions, the necessary ones that affect us in the muscle area we want to work and increase our rest time to 1:30, 2 minutes or 2:30', enough to recover and finish with the exercises.
Es importante realizar cada movimiento de forma controlada, y tensar el músculo que queremos trabajar después de empujar, en nuestro caso sería el pecho.

Tengan en cuenta que el descanso también es importante, trata de dormir a las 10 PM como se recomienda para aquellas personas disciplinadas, que cumplen con un estilo de vida de entrenamiento y deporte, esto es por muchas razones y beneficios que podemos llegar a dormir a esas horas para tener un buen sueño y una buena recuperación de los músculos. ¡Bueno amigos!
