





Hola Amigos de SWC! Espero todos se encuentren excelente . El dÃa de hoy vengo a mostrarles un poco de mi entrenamiento normal de Plancha , empezamos con aguantes desde Full planche hasta Tuck Adv (pasando por straddle planche) , sigo con presses de full planche y straddle planche con banda elástica , y por último un poco de core para reforzar esa zona. Esto es un entrenamiento a un 60% ya que este dÃa no me sentÃa muy fuerte y estaba bastante cansado pero lo importante es que decidà entrenar y tuve disciplina para no dejar pasar el dÃa!
