¡Saludos, fieros combatientes de #Hive y #SWC! Hoy me presento ante ustedes con el corazón lleno de alegría y el espíritu fortalecido por una victoria que llegó antes de lo esperado. Les traigo un relato épico de mi entrenamiento del pasado viernes, un día que comenzó con la calma de la rutina pero que terminó con un triunfo que marca un antes y un después en mi camino como atleta. Acompañado de algunas fotografías que capturan estos momentos, les invito a sumergirse en esta crónica de esfuerzo y superación. El día comenzó como cualquier otro, ocupándome de mis estudios y algunos proyectos extra en los que estoy trabajando. Pero, como todo guerrero sabe, la verdadera magia ocurre cuando llega la noche, cuando el mundo se aquieta y es hora de enfrentarse a las barras, ese santuario donde los límites se ponen a prueba. Esa noche, mi objetivo era claro: intentar nuevamente el **SAT**, un movimiento que había probado unos días antes y que se había convertido en mi desafío personal. Con determinación, estiré un poco y le pedí a mis compañeros que me grabaran. La presión estaba ahí, pero también la confianza de saber que cada intento es un paso más hacia la maestría. Y entonces, sucedió. Para mi sorpresa, el movimiento salió. ¡El SAT fue mío! La alegría que sentí en ese momento es difícil de describir. Recordé cómo, en enero, mi mente solo aspiraba a lograr este movimiento para finales de año. Y aquí estoy, mucho antes de lo esperado, celebrando esta victoria. Pero, como todo guerrero sabe, el camino no termina aquí. Ahora, el objetivo es mejorar, pulir y dominar este movimiento a lo largo del año. El entrenamiento no terminó con el SAT. Decidí volver a los **hefestos en Back Lever**, un movimiento que tenía tiempo sin practicar. Y, para mi satisfacción, me salieron bastante bien. Fue como reencontrarse con un viejo amigo, recordar que cada movimiento, cada ejercicio, es parte de un todo, de un camino que se construye día a día. Greetings, fierce fighters of #Hive and #SWC! Today I stand before you with a heart full of joy and a spirit strengthened by a victory that came sooner than expected. I bring you an epic account of my training last Friday, a day that began with the calm of routine but ended with a triumph that marks a before and after in my journey as an athlete. Accompanied by some photographs that capture these moments, I invite you to immerse yourself in this chronicle of effort and overcoming. The day started like any other, taking care of my studies and some extra projects I'm working on. But, as every warrior knows, the real magic happens when night falls, when the world quiets down and it's time to face the bars, that sanctuary where limits are tested. That night, my goal was clear: to try **SAT** again, a move I had tried a few days earlier and which had become my personal challenge. With determination, I stretched a bit and asked my teammates to record me. The pressure was there, but so was the confidence of knowing that each attempt is another step closer to mastery. And then, it happened. To my surprise, the move came out - the SAT was mine! The joy I felt at that moment is hard to describe. I remembered how, back in January, my mind only aspired to achieve this move by the end of the year. And here I am, much sooner than expected, celebrating this victory. But, as every warrior knows, the road does not end here. Now, the goal is to improve, polish and master this move throughout the year. The training did not end with the SAT. I decided to go back to **hefestos in Back Lever**, a movement I hadn't practiced for some time. And, to my satisfaction, they came out quite well. It was like reuniting with an old friend, remembering that each movement, each exercise, is part of a whole, of a path that is built day by day.
