Hola gente de #Hive y #SWC, Hoy les traigo algunas fotografías de uno de los entrenamientos que tuve la semana pasada. Principalmente me gustaría disculparme por no haber estado activo en la comunidad desde la semana pasada pero sinceramente he tenido bastantes actividades aurrículares por lo que no he podido enfocarme ni en mis entrenamientos ni mucho menos en la publicación de contenido para la plataforma sin embargo actualmente ya que estoy un poco más libre y sé la responsabilidad que traigo Voy a estar volviendo a publicar contenido como he de costumbre y de manera habitual. El entrenamiento de la semana pasada se basó principalmente en planchas al menos el estático en sí y no tanto los powermoaunque evidentemente metimos algo de poder no fue el enfoque principal sino más bien algo para drenar más energía. El entrenamiento consistió principalmente en la mejora de la plancha a una mano Y por supuesto Los holdeos de plancha es decir full planch convencionales. De renta el entrenamiento fue bastante normal y cotidiano y la verdad es que me sentí sólido al ejecutar la mayoría de los movimientos. Hello #Hive and #SWC people, Today I bring you some pictures of one of the workouts I had last week. Mainly I would like to apologize for not having been active in the community since last week but honestly I have had quite a lot of busy activities so I have not been able to focus neither in my workouts nor much less in publishing content for the platform however currently since I am a little more free and I know the responsibility that I bring I will be returning to publish content as I have usual and on a regular basis. Last week's workout was mainly based on planks at least the static one itself and not so much the powermoa although we obviously got some power in there it wasn't the main focus but rather something to drain more energy. The workout consisted mainly of improving the one-handed plancha and of course the conventional full plancha. From income the workout was pretty normal and everyday and the truth is that I felt solid when executing most of the movements.
