Saludos, guerreros de #Hive y #SWC. Hoy les comparto las fotografías de mi entrenamiento de ayer, un día que comenzó en la quietud de las primeras horas del amanecer. Me levanté mucho antes de lo usual, guiado por el compromiso de asistir a una cita médica. Decidí salir temprano y así aprovechar una cola de mi padre, asegurando también ser de los primeros en la fila. Al volver a casa, mi jornada continuó con estudio y descanso. La noche anterior no había sido la más reparadora, así que la tarde se transformó en un tiempo de recuperación necesario, anticipando el esfuerzo que me aguardaba en el entrenamiento. Ya entrada la tarde, era el momento de dirigirme a mi espacio en casa y centrarme en los holdeos de front y sus variantes. Mi objetivo era claro: construir resistencia en este movimiento, pieza a pieza, con calma, pero sin perder un ápice de enfoque. Gracias, como siempre, por ser parte de este camino. Greetings, #Hive and #SWC warriors. Today I share with you pictures from my workout yesterday, a day that began in the stillness of the early dawn hours. I was up much earlier than usual, guided by a commitment to attend a doctor's appointment. I decided to leave early and thus take advantage of a queue from my father, also ensuring that I would be among the first in line. Upon returning home, my day continued with study and rest. The night before had not been the most restful, so the afternoon became a necessary recovery time, anticipating the effort that awaited me in training. By late afternoon, it was time to head to my space at home and focus on the front laps and their variations. My goal was clear: to build endurance in this movement, piece by piece, calmly, but without losing focus. Thank you, as always, for being part of this journey.
