Hola amigos de #Hive y #SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo un video de un entrenamiento que tuve hoy con @luisgil-sw para ir preparándonos para la próxima competencia de #SWC: las SWDB (Street Workout Duals Battles). En este entreno estuvimos hablando de todo un poco, tanto de cosas más triviales hasta cosas más arraigadas a la comunidad y sobre todo con respecto a la competencia. A pesar de eso el entreno fue mas que todo de chill y nosotros intentando algunas cosas. Iban a venir otros amigos y compañeros de entreno pero no pudieron ir por diferentes motivos. Hi friends of #Hive and #SWC, this time I bring you a video of a training session I had today with @luisgil-sw to prepare for the next #SWC competition: the SWDB (Street Workout Duals Battles). In this workout we were talking about a little bit of everything, from the most trivial things to things more rooted in the community and especially regarding the competition. In spite of that the training was mostly about chill and us trying some things. Other friends and training partners were going to come but couldn't make it for different reasons.
