Saludos, guerreros de #Hive y hermanos de hierro de #SWC. Hoy les traigo la crónica de mi entrenamiento del día de ayer, una jornada de lucha en la que el desafío no fue solo físico, sino mental. El día comenzó como muchos otros: tranquilo, sin sobresaltos. Me dediqué a estudiar un poco, afilando la mente como parte de mi preparación integral. Luego, llegó la hora de entrenar, y me dispuse a enfrentar mi sesión de plancha. Sin embargo, las cosas no salieron exactamente como lo esperaba. Llevo ya tres semanas desde que regresé al entrenamiento, y aunque los músculos y articulaciones han vuelto a recuperar fuerza, las muñecas han sido un punto débil que me está costando superar. Durante ese tiempo sin entrenar, las muñecas se fueron debilitando, y ahora, al intentar movimientos más avanzados como la "Full", he notado que no están a la altura del desafío. El peso que deben soportar es mayor de lo que están preparadas para manejar en este momento. Pero, como buen guerrero, no me dejé abatir. A pesar de la incomodidad, ajusté el entrenamiento para hacerlo lo más provechoso posible, trabajando dentro de los límites que el cuerpo me permite por ahora. Sabía que sería cuestión de tiempo y persistencia para que mis muñecas volvieran a estar en sintonía con el resto del cuerpo. Aunque no fue el entrenamiento más espectacular, fue una lección valiosa. En el camino hacia la excelencia, no siempre se avanza a la velocidad que uno quiere, pero lo importante es no detenerse. Cada día es una oportunidad para construir un poco más de fuerza, tanto física como mental. Este fue mi entrenamiento de ayer. El de hoy lo subiré mañana, así que estén atentos, ¡porque la lucha nunca se detiene!
Greetings, #Hive warriors and #SWC iron brothers. Today I bring you the chronicle of my training yesterday, a day of struggle in which the challenge was not only physical, but mental. The day started like many others: quiet, with no surprises. I spent some time studying, sharpening my mind as part of my integral preparation. Then, it was time to train, and I was ready to face my plank session. However, things didn't go exactly as I expected. It's been three weeks since I returned to training, and although my muscles and joints have regained strength, my wrists have been a weak point that I'm struggling to overcome. During that time without training, the wrists were weakening, and now, when attempting more advanced movements like the “Full”, I've noticed that they are not up to the challenge. The weight they must bear is more than they are prepared to handle at this time. But, like a good warrior, I didn't let myself get down. Despite the discomfort, I adjusted the training to make it as profitable as possible, working within the limits the body would allow me for now. I knew it would be a matter of time and persistence to get my wrists back in tune with the rest of my body. While it wasn't the most spectacular workout, it was a valuable lesson. On the road to excellence, you don't always move at the speed you want to, but the important thing is not to stop. Every day is an opportunity to build a little more strength, both physically and mentally. This was my workout yesterday.
