¡Saludos, valientes de #Hive y #SWC! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas imágenes y un poco de mi entrenamiento de este día. La jornada comenzó con la intención de enfocarme en agilidad, ya que hace días que no entreno ese aspecto. Sin embargo, el destino tenía otros planes. Ayer pasé gran parte de la tarde y noche fuera, caminando mientras hacía algunas compras. Esta mañana, al despertar, sentí un dolor persistente en mi pierna derecha, una mezcla de tensión entre el músculo y el hueso. No es algo nuevo, pero esta vez fue lo suficientemente incómodo como para obligarme a replantear el entrenamiento del día. Saltar o realizar movimientos dinámicos estaba descartado, ya que incluso el simple acto de pisar resultaba doloroso. Pero como todo buen guerrero sabe, rendirse no es una opción. Así que, aunque no pude entrenar agilidad, decidí enfocarme en lo que sí podía hacer: front lever. Y debo decir que fue una gran decisión. La sesión de front estuvo sólida, con buena técnica y enfoque. Además, no pude resistir la tentación de incluir planchas. A veces, el cuerpo pide más, y hoy sentí que era uno de esos días en los que tenía que escuchar a mi instinto. ¡Y no me arrepiento! Por supuesto, acompañé el entrenamiento con algunos hefestos, como ya es tradición. Al final, el día no fue exactamente como lo planeé, pero cada sesión que nos reta de esta forma nos hace más fuertes. Greetings, #Hive and #SWC braves! Today I want to share with you some pictures and a bit of my training from this day. The day started with the intention of focusing on agility, as I haven't trained that aspect in days. However, fate had other plans. Yesterday I spent much of the afternoon and evening out, walking around while doing some shopping. This morning, upon waking up, I felt a nagging pain in my right leg, a mixture of tightness between muscle and bone. It's not something new, but this time it was uncomfortable enough to force me to rethink the day's training. Jumping or dynamic movements were out of the question, as even the simple act of stepping was painful. But as any good warrior knows, giving up is not an option. So, even though I couldn't train agility, I decided to focus on what I could do: front lever. And I must say it was a great decision. The front session was solid, with good technique and focus. Plus, I couldn't resist the temptation to include planks. Sometimes, the body asks for more, and today I felt it was one of those days when I had to listen to my instinct. And I don't regret it! Of course, I accompanied the workout with some hefestos, as has become tradition. In the end, the day didn't go exactly as I planned, but every session that challenges us in this way makes us stronger.
