Hoy, con el hierro en las venas y el espíritu inquebrantable, les traigo imágenes de mi regreso a las barras tras una semana de reposo forzado, donde el único sonido fue el de mis estiramientos y la paciencia curando mi hombro. El día comenzó con la rutina de un guerrero: estudios, responsabilidades y esa llama interna que no se apaga ni en la calma. Al llegar el momento del entrenamiento, decidí enfocarme en las **planchas** (movimiento que respeta mi lesión) y probar con cautela el temido **front lever**, ese viejo rival que tanto dolor me ha causado. Para sorpresa mía, el reposo y los estiramientos obraron milagros: el dolor no fue tan fiero como imaginé, permitiéndome incluso explorar variantes extras del front que creí imposibles. Aunque el rendimiento bajó un peldaño (6 días sin batallar se notan), cada gota de sudor fue un canto a la perseverancia. Eso sí, la emoción me traicionó: me excedí, y ahora el hombro reclama su tributo, recordándome que la prudencia es parte del camino. Pero no importa, porque hoy aprendí que el descanso también entrena, y que un guerrero no se mide por cuánto aguanta, sino por cuánto aprende. ¡Gracias por acompañarme en este retorno épico! Today, with iron in my veins and unbreakable spirit, I bring you images of my return to the bars after a week of forced rest, where the only sound was that of my stretching and patience healing my shoulder. The day began with the routine of a warrior: studies, responsibilities and that inner flame that does not go out even in the calm. When it came time for training, I decided to focus on **planks** (a movement that respects my injury) and cautiously try the dreaded **front lever**, that old rival that has caused me so much pain. To my surprise, rest and stretching worked miracles: the pain was not as fierce as I imagined, even allowing me to explore extra variations of the front that I thought impossible.
