Aún no puedo asimilarlo y me mente no puede entender nada, aun después de unos días sigo anonadado, no se si es real o solo es un sueño falso y mentiroso, solo se que gane, por que es lo que me dicen mis compañeros, pero no puedo creerlo y convencerme a mismo de que es real, logre cumplir mis sueños y mis metas, algo que pensé más lejano y difícil de alcanzar, pude cambiar y ser más fuerte, hoy soy más hombre y mejor persona que ayer, más que el año pasado, ya hace un año que llevo entrenando y nunca me creí capaz de llegar hasta donde estoy ahora y ser quien soy ahora, mis expectativas supere, más de lo esperado, más de lo que pude imaginar y creer de mi mismo, y es algo inigualable e increíble, logre superar mis limites.

Gracias a Dios y al apoyo de mis compañeros que me fue de mucha fortaleza para ganar y llevarme unos de los premios a casa, el primer premio de mi club, Without Limits, honor que llevo estampado en el pecho por dar orgullo a mis compañeros quienes me acompañaron en esta victoria, la cual también es de ellos. Gracias al esfuerzo duro, perseverancia y el apoyo pude ganar el 3er lugar en la categoría Alfa Junior, es un honor haber participado y un privilegio ganar uno de los premios, experiencias únicas en mi vida, lo que me hace reflexionar que debemos luchar y esforzarnos con nuestro corazón, alma y espíritu para conseguir todos nuestros sueños y objetivos, lograremos todo y hasta más de lo creíamos, eso es único y especial, no saben cuanto me cuesta creerlo pero es verídico, es real, hoy soy testimonio vivo de ello, Dios honra a quien honra merece. 💪💥Competencia💥💪
Esta competencia se llevo a cabo en la cuidad de Maracaibo del estado Zulia el sábado 9 de diciembre a las 5:30 de la tarde y finaliza aproximadamente a las 8:30 de la noche. Consistía en dos circuitos de resistencia para cada categoría, para los del Alfa Junior teníamos que realizar en el menor tiempo posible una serie de 8 dominadas, 8 fondos en barra, 20 sentadillas, 12 flexiones, 8 dominadas, 10 fondos en paralelas, 20 sentadillas, 12 dominadas supinas, 20 sentadillas, 12 fondos en paralelas y 15 flexiones, todo en el mismo orden y las mismas veces en que se repiten los ejercicios, mientras que los de la categoría ELITE realizaron un circuito que incluía todo estos ejercicios pero en mayor proporción de repeticiones y anexando los muscle up como ejercicio de mayor exigencia muscular. Para mi categoría, Alfa Junior, realice el circuito en un tiempo de 5 minutos con 19 segundos, tiempo récord para mi marca personal y que me hizo alcanzar el 3er lugar en la competencia. Este evento fue muy beneficioso para muchos atletas del estado Zulia, ya que participamos mas 20 en la competición, más lo que estuvieron a cargo de la organización del evento y su ejecución, saludos y un fuerte abrazo para el equipo administrativo, de competencia y organizadores generales, quienes hicieron realidad esta competencia y de ella un evento profesional y de alta calidad, posicionando en alto lugar el nombre de la comunidad de Street Workout Community, a la cual agradezco profundamente todo lo que realizo en conjunto con todo este equipo maravilloso, por amor a nosotros, la juventud venezolana del mañana, la cual será fruto de la siembra que hoy ustedes están realizando en toda Venezuela.

Thanks to God and the support of my teammates who gave me a lot of strength to win and take home one of the awards, the first prize of my club, Without Limits, an honor that I have printed on my chest for giving pride to my teammates who They accompanied me in this victory, which is also theirs. Thanks to hard effort, perseverance and support I was able to win 3rd place in the Alfa Junior category, it is an honor to have participated and a privilege to win one of the awards, unique experiences in my life, which makes me reflect that we must fight and make an effort. with our heart, soul and spirit to achieve all our dreams and objectives, we will achieve everything and even more than we believed, that is unique and special, you don't know how hard it is for me to believe it but it is true, it is real, today I am a living testimony of it, God honors whom honor deserves. This competition took place in the city of Maracaibo, Zulia state, on Saturday, December 9 at 5:30 in the afternoon and ends at approximately 8:30 at night. It consisted of two resistance circuits for each category, for those of the Alfa Junior we had to perform in the shortest possible time a series of 8 pull-ups, 8 bar dips, 20 squats, 12 push-ups, 8 pull-ups, 10 parallel dips, 20 squats , 12 supine pull-ups, 20 squats, 12 parallel dips and 15 push-ups, all in the same order and the same times in which the exercises are repeated, while those in the ELITE category performed a circuit that included all these exercises but in greater proportion of repetitions and adding the muscle up as an exercise with greater muscular demand. For my category, Alfa Junior, I completed the circuit in a time of 5 minutes and 19 seconds, a record time for my personal best and which made me reach 3rd place in the competition. This event was very beneficial for many athletes from the state of Zulia, since more than 20 of us participated in the competition, plus those who were in charge of the organization of the event and its execution, greetings and a big hug for the administrative team, competition team and organizers generals, who made this competition a reality and made it a professional and high-quality event, positioning the name of the Street Workout Community in a high place, to which I deeply appreciate everything I do together with this wonderful team, for love to us, the Venezuelan youth of tomorrow, which will be the fruit of the sowing that you are carrying out today throughout Venezuela.
