Espero estén muy bien y que hayan tenido un excelente y productivo día, yo estoy bien gracias hoy no sentí tantas molestias en mi muñeca derecha y es bueno para mí es un avance pero bueno voy a hablarles de mi día, y la verdad es que yo hoy tenía pensando descansar osea literalmente descansa hoy no iba a hacer nada de nada solamente estoy en mi casa dibujando, escuchando música y viendo anime pero la verdad es que desde ayer me he sentido con el ánimo muy bajo y también algo frustrado entonces hoy sentí que amanecí muy pesado y cargado de malas energías y cuando me siento así lo que me gusta hacer es salir a caminar mientras escucho música y sentarme a ver la luna, porque yo adoro sentarme a ver la luna mientras escucho música y bueno decidí ir al parque metropolitano que de por si queda lejos de mi casa, siempre me demoró alrededor de unos 20/30 minutos y yo soy una persona que camina rápido pero bueno, cuando estaba en el metropolitano me senté un rato y vi como lo están arreglando que ya lo han pintado y se ve bonito y bueno para no quedarme sin hacer nada hice un intento de plancha más unos intentos de pino a una mano y un front lever

I hope you are very well and have had an excellent and productive day, I'm fine thanks today I did not feel so much discomfort in my right wrist and it's good for me is a breakthrough but well I'll tell you about my day, and the truth is that today I had thought to rest osea literally rests today I was not going to do anything at all I'm just at home drawing, listening to music and watching anime but the truth is that since yesterday I have been feeling very low and also a little frustrated so today I felt that I woke up very heavy and full of bad energies and when I feel like that what I like to do is to go for a walk while listening to music and sit and watch the moon, because I love to sit and watch the moon while listening to music and well I decided to go to the metropolitan park which in itself is far from my house, it always took me about 20/30 minutes and I am a person who walks fast but well, when I was in the metropolitan park I sat down for a while and saw how they are fixing it, they have already painted it and it looks nice and well to not stay without doing anything I did an attempt of ironing plus some attempts of one hand pine and a front lever
