¡Saludos amigos y amigas de Hive! Luego de unos días de descanso, después de la 2da Edición de la SWDB, he retomado mi actividad en el blog, y qué manera más genial de hacerlo que con una Sesión de Freestyle junto a unos amigos y compañeros que hacen vida en otro lugar, se trata de los chicos aficionados y practicantes del Street Workout y Calistenia en la zona de Ciudad Socialista, La Mora, Municipio José Félix Ribas, Estado Aragua, lugar que se encuentra a 30 minutos caminando de donde solemos practicar los calisténicos del Parque Tiquire Flores.
Greetings Hive friends! After a few days of rest, after the 2nd Edition of the SWDB, I have resumed my activity in the blog, and what a great way to do it than with a Freestyle Session with some friends and colleagues who make life in another place, these are the amateur kids and practitioners of Street Workout and Calisthenics in the area of Ciudad Socialista, La Mora, Municipality José Félix Ribas, Aragua State, a place that is 30 minutes walk from where we usually practice the calisthenics in Tiquire Flores Park.
En esta oportunidad nos acompaña mi querido amigo Iván Reveron, quien vive en las cercanías del lugar y que con 5 años de experiencia en el Street Workout y el Freestyle, es uno de los más experimentados del lugar, a tal punto de ser el encargado de la formación de algunos niños y adolescentes que quieren adentrarse en este mundo deportivo. El será el guía para este tipo de actividades en las que todos necesitamos aprender y crecer como atletas, y a través del compañerismo y apoyo mutuo, iremos avanzando poco a poco cada vez que tengamos una nueva sesión, que espero sean 2-3 veces por mes.
This time we are accompanied by my dear friend Ivan Reveron, who lives near the place and with 5 years of experience in Street Workout and Freestyle, is one of the most experienced of the place, to the point of being in charge of the training of some children and adolescents who want to enter this sporting world. He will be the guide for this kind of activities in which we all need to learn and grow as athletes, and through camaraderie and mutual support, we will advance little by little every time we have a new session, which I hope will be 2-3 times per month.
Tras ensayo y error en la práctica, algunos de mis compañeros lograron hacer sus primeros trucos, tales como el giro 360°, Bar Spin, Dragon 360°, Subida Olímpica, entre otros, siendo un día muy productivo y beneficioso para todos, incluso uno de los más pequeños, logró hacer sus primeros Muscle Ups. La verdad es que la unión entre ambos grupos ha fortalecido los lazos y vínculos que tenemos, espero que podamos seguir expandiendo el Street Workout a lo largo y ancho de toda la región, y que logremos conformar un nicho de atletas que formen parte de Hive y de SWC pronto.
After trial and error in practice, some of my colleagues managed to do their first tricks, such as the 360 ° turn, Bar Spin, Dragon 360 °, Olympic Climb, among others, being a very productive and beneficial day for everyone, even one of the smallest, managed to do his first Muscle Ups. The truth is that the union between both groups has strengthened the ties and bonds we have, I hope we can continue to expand Street Workout throughout the region, and that we manage to form a niche of athletes who are part of Hive and SWC soon.

Hay muchos chicos buenos y talentosos, me comprometo a mantener encendida la llama que los aviva en el deporte, hasta que Street Workout Community llegue a ellos. Nuestra Primera Sesión de Freestyle ha sido todo un éxito, tengo el propósito de seguir sumando atletas en las próximas actividades con la finalidad de ser tomados en cuenta a nivel municipal y que nos aprueben El Proyecto que he realizado para La Mejora de Infraestructuras en Nuestro Parque Tiquire Flores.
There are a lot of good and talented kids out there, I am committed to keep the flame that fuels them in the sport burning until Street Workout Community reaches them. Our First Freestyle Session has been a success, I intend to continue adding athletes in the next activities in order to be taken into account at the municipal level and that we approve the project I have done for the improvement of infrastructure in our park Tiquire Flores.
