Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, coordiné este día con mis amigos para encontrarnos en un pabellón de gimnasia, tomando en cuenta que esta ha sido mi primera vez visitando este impresionante pabellón. Allí, en este pabellón tan grande, hay varias zonas para realizar diferentes entrenamientos y buenas barras para practicar variada cantidad de ejercicios y movimientos. A pesar de ser un espacio centrado en la gimnasia, también es un espacio ideal para los atletas que se enfocan en la calistenia.
Estas dos disciplinas deportivas están muy relacionadas, lo que hace que entrenar en estos espacios sea muy cómodo. En mi caso, después de realizar un entrenamiento y compartir con mis amigos en el pabellón, realicé algunos intentos de una variante avanzada del movimiento del Front Lever, el cual se llama SAT, una variante que es difícil de alcanzar y requiere bastante entrenamiento para lograrlo.
Cabe destacar, que esta es la segunda vez que intento este movimiento y el día de hoy pude lograrlo, algo que me llena de mucho orgullo, felicidad y satisfacción, de saber que mi disciplina da buenos frutos. Para concluir, solo decir que ha sido un día grandioso, lleno de buenas experiencias.
As you can see in my photos, I coordinated this day with my friends to meet at a gymnastics gym, considering this was my first time visiting this impressive gym. There, in this large gym, there are several areas for different workouts and good bars for practicing a variety of exercises and movements. Despite being a gymnastics-focused space, it's also an ideal space for athletes who focus on calisthenics.
These two sports are closely related, which makes training in these spaces very comfortable. In my case, after training and spending time with my friends at the gym, I tried a few advanced variations of the Front Lever movement, called the SAT, a variation that is difficult to achieve and requires a lot of training.
It's worth noting that this is the second time I've attempted this movement, and today I was able to achieve it, something that fills me with pride, happiness, and satisfaction, knowing that my discipline is bearing fruit.
