Junto a mi compañero @enrrique-sw-48 pude realizar algunas pequeñas combinaciones en Dúo, también contamos con la compañía de otros compañeros que se unieron con nosotros a apoyar y participar en la realización de la pequeña sesión de entrenamiento que se tenía programada.
Hicimos movimientos de las fuerzas de Planche y Front Lever. Mi compañero realizó los movimientos de Planche y yo los movimientos de Front Lever.
En la Planche se realizó, Full Planche, Straddle Planche, flexiones de Straddle Planche y Presses de Straddle Planche. En el Front Lever, realicé aguantes de Touch Wide, Archer Pull Ups, Pull to Touch, Presses de Touch y aguantes de Front Lever.
En conclusión, realizamos combinaciones en conjunto muy buenas, creando proyecciones para próximamente recrear más combinaciones avanzadas y pasar un buen rato. Igualmente, también es una manera de motivarnos, ganar más fuerza y seguir creciendo en esta disciplina deportiva.
Together with my partner @enrrique-sw-48 I was able to do some small combinations in Duo, we also had the company of other colleagues who joined us to support and participate in the small training session that was scheduled.
