Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, pude realizar un entrenamiento con mi amigo Logan Ramírez, realizando hasta un enfrentamiento amistoso en el que él ha quedado victorioso. Además, pudimos aprovechar el espacio para las redes sociales. Eso lo pueden visualizar en mi cuenta personal de Instagram en la que siempre les dejo el enlace al final de la publicación.
Realizamos variedad de movimientos y ejercicios de calistenia, en el área de estáticos. Normalmente, los dos somos muy buenos para el Front Lever, sin embargo, mi amigo ya está desarrollando otro elemento como lo es la Planche, un elemento que a mí aún me falta por desarrollar.
Así pues, él realizó aguantes y Push Ups de Straddle Planche, Pull Ups y aguantes de Front Lever y al final hizo un aguante de Back Lever. En mi caso, realicé Pull Ups Archer, Pull Ups y aguantes de Front Lever, un aguante de Victorian Lever en barra con agarre amplio y una marca de Back Lever. Quedando como ganador a mi amigo Logan en este enfrentamiento amistoso.

We performed a variety of calisthenics movements and exercises, in the static area. Normally, we are both very good at the Front Lever, however, my friend is already developing another element, the Planche, an element that I have yet to develop.
So, he performed Straddle Planche Holds and Push-Ups, Front Lever Pull-Ups and Holds, and finally, a Back Lever Hold. In my case, I performed Archer Pull-Ups, Front Lever Pull-Ups and Holds, a Victorian Lever Hold on a bar with a wide grip, and a Back Lever Hold. My friend Logan emerged victorious in this friendly showdown.
