Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, el entrenamiento realizado ha sido mixto, realizándose aproximaciones de las dos fuerzas: jale y empuje. Movimientos avanzados de alta dificultad y movimientos básicos para fortalecer y mejorar en varios aspectos, como fuerza, resistencia, postura, técnica y control.
Se han realizado movimientos como: Pull Up to Touch, Straddle Planche, Victorian Lever en barra, Pull Ups Archer y un poco de movimientos dinámicos que realizó mi amigo Omar.

As you can see in my photos, the training was a mix, involving approaches to both strengths: pulling and pushing. High-difficulty advanced movements and basic movements to strengthen and improve various aspects, such as strength, endurance, posture, technique, and control.
I performed movements such as: Pull-Up to Touch, Straddle Planche, Victorian Lever on the bar, Archer Pull-Ups, and a few dynamic movements performed by my friend Omar.
