Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, estuve realizando un entrenamiento bastante extenso, pero, donde quise cumplir con la mayor cantidad de variantes posibles para culminar la semana de la mejor manera.
Además, quiero dar una noticia breve y es que dentro de poco estaré teniendo una nueva adquisición y mejora en mi equipo de entrenamiento, sin embargo, eso me costará bastante porque estaré al menos 2 semanas sin poder entrenar de forma adecuada, pero haré lo posible por mantenerme de forma óptima e ir manteniendo mis habilidades y estar en buena forma para mi próxima competencia.
Los ejercicios que puedo destacar en mi rutina de entrenamiento de hoy, son:
✓ Aguantes de Front Lever.
✓ Aguantes de Touch.
✓ Aguantes de Front Lever One Arm con una pierna recogida.
✓ Aguantes de Victorian Lever en barra.
✓ Repeticiones de Pull Ups de Victorian Lever en barra.
✓ Repeticiones de Pull Ups Archer.
✓ Repeticiones de Pull Ups de Front Lever.
✓ Repeticiones de Pull Up to Touch.
Claramente, tuve que hacer uso de la banda elástica, ya que como son gran cantidad de variantes y bastantes repeticiones, tuve que ayudarme con la banda elástica para priorizar un mayor rendimiento en cada serie en los movimientos más avanzados.
Esta rutina fue un poco exigente, pero no más de lo habitual. Siento que estuvo bastante y que rendí de la mejor manera. Próximamente, estaré aplicando muchos entrenamientos de Victorian Lever con agarre paralelo, donde aplicaré más la práctica del Press de Victorian y las Pull Ups. También me voy a enfocar más en la Planche, para ganar segundos en la Straddle Planche, el Handstand y el Front Lever One Arm.
Espero y confío en que estas semanas serán fructíferas a pesar de los inconvenientes. Dicen que las mayores adversidades son las que traen mejores resultados y yo estoy seguro de que eso siempre es así.

Also, I want to give you some quick news: I'll soon be acquiring a new and improved training equipment. However, this will be quite difficult because I won't be able to train properly for at least two weeks. However, I will do my best to stay in optimal shape, maintain my skills, and be in good shape for my next competition.
The exercises I can highlight in my training routine today are:
✓ Front Lever Holds
✓ Touch Holds
✓ One-Arm Front Lever Holds with One Leg Tucked In.
✓ Victorian Lever Holds on the Bar.
✓ Victorian Lever Pull-Ups on the Bar.
✓ Archer Pull-Ups.
✓ Front Lever Pull-Ups.
✓ Pull-Ups to Touch.
Clearly, I had to use the resistance band, since there are a lot of variations and quite a few repetitions, so I had to use the resistance band to prioritize better performance in each set for the more advanced movements.
This routine was a bit demanding, but not more than usual. I feel it was quite challenging and that I performed at my best. In the near future, I'll be doing a lot of parallel-grip Victorian Lever workouts, where I'll be practicing the Victorian Press and Pull-Ups more. I'm also going to focus more on the Planche, to gain seconds in the Straddle Planche, the Handstand, and the Front Lever One Arm.
I hope and trust that these weeks will be fruitful despite the setbacks. They say the greatest adversities bring the best results, and I'm sure that's always the case.
