Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, estuve en la comodidad de mi hogar, cumpliendo con mi entrenamiento de calistenia, donde estuve finalizando con mi semana de combos.
En esta rutina de entrenamiento puedo destacar movimientos como:

✓ Repeticiones de Pull Ups de Front Lever Wide.
✓ Aguantes de Touch.
✓ Repeticiones de Pull Ups de Front Lever.
✓ Aguantes de Victorian Lever en barra.
✓ Repeticiones de Pull Ups de Victorian Lever en barra.
✓ Intentos de Hefesto.
✓ Intentos de Straddle Planche.
Siento que esta semana de combos me ha ayudado bastante a mejorar y controlar mis movimientos competitivos y ese era uno de los objetivos principales. También siento mejoría en mi control y fuerza en las repeticiones de los movimientos. En mi visita a la ciudad de San Juan de Colón seguiré practicando más combos con mis amigos y estaré perfeccionando más detalles.

I feel like this week of combos has helped me significantly improve and control my competitive moves, and that was one of my main goals. I also feel improvement in my control and strength when repeating moves. During my visit to San Juan de Colón, I'll continue practicing more combos with my friends and perfecting more details.
