Como pueden observar en mis fotografías y como ya mencioné, el día de hoy le doy inicio a mi semana de control, una semana especial que tiene como objetivo principal maximizar mi rendimiento físico y optimizar el dominio de cada elemento de la Plancha, Front Lever y One Arm.
Cuando me refiero a optimizar el dominio, es acerca de lo que ya puedo hacer, es decir, si tengo Pull Up to Touch, entonces esta semana de control me va a ayudar a dominar el movimiento Pull Up to Touch y por ende me saldrá con mayor facilidad, más seguido y me consumirá poca energía.
Algunos de los movimientos que puedo destacar el día de hoy son: Aguantes de Touch Wide con la banda elástica, repeticiones de Pull Up to Touch, aguantes de Touch, aguantes de Tuck Advance One Arm, repeticiones de Pull Ups de Front Lever y repeticiones de Pull Ups Archer.
Considero que esta rutina estuvo bien, me sentí bastante cómodo, ya quedan poco menos de 2 semanas para mi próxima competencia y dando comienzo el día de hoy, empieza mi verdadera preparación competitiva. Esta semana será para priorizar el dominio de los movimientos que ya tengo, solidificar el control y la próxima semana será para terminar de pulir todo y practicar los combos que haré. El éxito siempre está ahí, solo hay que esforzarse para alcanzarlo.
As you can see in my photos and as I already mentioned, today marks the beginning of my control week, a special week whose main objective is to maximize my physical performance and optimize my mastery of each element of the Plank, Front Lever, and One Arm.
When I refer to optimizing mastery, I'm referring to what I can already do. That is, if I have a Pull-Up to Touch, then this control week will help me master the Pull-Up to Touch movement, and therefore, I'll be able to do it more easily, more frequently, and with less energy consumption.
Some of the movements I can highlight today are: Wide Touch Holds with the resistance band, Pull-Up to Touch repetitions, Touch Holds, One-Arm Tuck Advance Holds, Front Lever Pull-Up repetitions, and Archer Pull-Up repetitions.
I think this routine went well; I felt quite comfortable. There are just under two weeks left until my next competition, and starting today, my real competitive preparation begins. This week will prioritize mastering the movements I already have, solidifying my control, and next week will be to finish polishing everything and practicing the combos I'll be doing. Success is always there; you just have to work hard to achieve it.
